Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Policy

Soft play will be delivered to the street address that you specify prior to the event start time confirmed within your booking. In order to deliver, setup and pack up soft play units that are in your booking, you hereby grant Orbis Playland the right to enter the property at the agreed street address. 

Delivery fees are dependent on location (see ‘Delivery Fees’). A notification of additional fees will be communicated to you when you request a quote. If you require the soft play longer than the scheduled hire period, you are required to inform us beforehand so adjustments to your booking can be made. This will include an ‘extended  booking’ fee. 

After the quote, final order/booking and payment procedures have been successfully processed, we will receive your final order confirmation and information. You will automatically receive a confirmation email in correspondence to processing your online order. Prior to your event, we will contact you again to confirm details such as: delivery, hire period, setup and pack up times, and soft play agreements that you will be required to adhere and agree to. 

Unforeseen occurrences may cause impediment to our services. These include but are not limited to: bad weather, vehicle failure, or any other factor beyond our control. In the event we are unable to provide your delivery, we will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity and negotiate a satisfactory resolution as per our policies. 

Prior to your event, and for the health, hygiene and safety of our staff, equipment, and customers (particularly children), please ensure that the following is adhered to: 

  • adequate space is provided for our soft play equipment;

  • the location in which our products will be situated is accessible; and

  • the vicinity which includes the setup path and location of our soft play is cleared of debris and other hazards that may pose a risk.

Failure to provide a safe, accessible and clean space for our equipment will not allow us to deliver our services to  you. As a result, your booking fee may be forfeited and we will be unable to provide a credit in return. 

  1. Delivery Fees 

Delivery within the 15km radius of Orbis Playland’s service area (Wakeley) will incur a fee starting at $50. Delivery that extends beyond the 15km radius outside of Orbis Playland’s service area (Wakeley) is subject to a delivery fee of $3.30 per km.

The cost of setting up and taking down are included in your package price. You are responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment setup, and must be present at the time of delivery.
